What are the delivery options?
We offer Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked UK delivery (1-2 business days) at £4.50, Royal Mail 48 Tracked UK delivery (2-3 business days) at £3.50 and Royal Mail International Tracked EU delivery (2-5 business days) at £7.50. All UK customers will receive free 24 Tracked delivery on all orders over £25, with EU customers receiving free International Tracked delivery on all orders over £35. The item I am looking for is out of stock, when will you have it in?
We receive new stock on a daily basis; however, some items do take quite a while to arrive. The most popular items on our website are restocked very regularly, but certain items will take longer. If you'd like to find out estimated restock dates for certain products, please feel free to give us a call on 01522 581554.
What is the status of my order?
When ordering with us online, your order will be processed by our automated system. Once you order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email, with a shipping confirmation email once your order has been marked as dispatched. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be sent out the same day - if we are experiencing delays we will contact you by phone or email. How do I cancel my order?

Please note: If cancelling your order by email, you must let us know as soon as possible. Please note that if we cannot stop your order from being dispatched as it is already with the courier, you can return the unused goods to us and you will be given a full refund. Please contact us for a pre-paid returns label.
What are your cut-off times for delivery?
Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3pm (GMT). We ship orders Monday-Friday. All orders made after 3pm on a Friday are shipped out the following Monday.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are sent out on either Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked, 48 Hour Tracked or International Tracked delivery. We strive to get orders to customers as soon as possible, however, we can sometimes experience delays.
